ClimbAnyHill Posted August 17, 2007 Report Posted August 17, 2007 Race cut all around! I was hesitant for along time to cut. Not only did I shave the fronts but the rears as well + I ride trails thru nasty ruts, gravel, rocks & hit the climbs. No difference at all. My bike sits wide so if those rears kick anything then it's out the way & never affects me. Everything just shoots to the back. Don't ride mud or water so I'm good! Quote
RagunCajun Posted August 17, 2007 Report Posted August 17, 2007 people here arent too formilur with a banshee. They laughed when i cut my front plastics. Since then, i've cut my rear ones as well. It's my bike and i like the way it looks. I did a quick butcher job on the rear but i can always buy new plastics. I plan to keep the white and black theme going though. Quote
bbcmudtruck Posted August 21, 2007 Report Posted August 21, 2007 Mine are cut lakers style, and I love them. I ride trails and mx, and get along with them great. The stock fenders block your view of the trail and since my bike has +2+1 A arms, the tires would stick out past the fenders anyway. Quote
