ok since day one ive had firing problems with the left cynlinder...after changing jets and aiur filters and plugs reeds etc....i smoked the crank out then i figured out the problem with the left carb and fixed it got it all back together the first day it ran fine but was lean so i uped the ket size another now it seems to be at the right spot but when i try to wail it and ride it like it should be riden the left cylinder stops firing for some reason then when the rpms go back it fires again and it only does this when its in motion someone please help

Check the needle and slide....Had the same problem and it was the slide where the needle comes through

i checked the slide and the needle both where set at the same adjustments what else should i look for in there also what else could it be if not that thanks

I'm not saying that this is the problem, but for no more than it will cost, and as easy as they are to replace, put some new spark plug boots on it. Cut about a 1/4" off of each wire, before putting the new boots on. Bad plug boots, can cause all sorts of strange problems.

plugs without the solid tops can also cause strange issues. the ones with the screw on ends are prone to arcing.
