tyguy Posted June 11, 2007 Author Report Posted June 11, 2007 well we got back today, and i made it the first time, the girl didnt even know what to look at. thankfully,but not the second time, the guy said there is no leagal way toomeys can make it in, i was pissed, he said the stickers dont mean anything, the need to be stamped into the metal,. so i went to the store next dorr and luckly they had 1 hush kit with sparkie in it, 190.00 later,i went up there and reeved it in his face, good time tho, any one up there ? badassbanshee479 Posted June 12, 2007 Report Posted June 12, 2007 they dbed my bike when it had t-5's on it and they let me in. just dont be that guy flying around the parking lot and reving the piss out of your bike while in line and you should not have a problem. I do not like the hush kits! they do not let the bike rev out and they put way to much back pressure on the top end! But to each his own, and good luck! Quote

Most of the four strokes out there are twice as load as the shees are! they really looked at my pipes cuz there were no clamp ons. i had 1 guy give me some shit about my toomeys with the alba sparky kit. then later i asked another DNR officer and he told me i was 100% legal and to not worry about it. Yep...they'll tell you what the db limit is for 2 strokes and 4 strokes. They don't care...they're gonna test you or they aren't. I've yet to see them check for db, even on a holiday weekend. But rest assured...you gotta have sparkies....they check you at the gate, every time... Quote
