is dynojet jet kits good?

i need to lean out my gas/oil so which way should i go in jet sizes

my bike is stock but with the snorkel off and lid still on

i ride at about 3900 ft above sea level and at 10-30 degrees celcius

also i have this problem where sometimes i pull in my clutch to go down or up and when i let it out it hults to a stop and i have to quickly grab my clutch and put it in "N" and rapidly burp the throttle to get it to rev

it does this only sometimes but i dont know what it is butmaybe i was outta gas but i am not sure i knowit happend when the gas was really full one time but if you have any idea what it might be then please help me out

i have a feeling it could be my TORS or parking brake so i think i well get a removal kit for both of those pieces of shit
