Hollister_Hitman Posted May 18, 2007 Report Posted May 18, 2007 Anyone confirm? Been seeing others say 8 inch in the back. they only sell a 10x5 in the front but they have a 4+1 offset and a 3+2 offset. The 3+2 is stock and the 4+1 will take an inch off the widthe of your bike. I am not sure about the rear but I would assume the 8x8 is 4+4 possible 3+5 Quote

I have +2+1 a-arms so not sure which ones I would need to get. Anyone know about the back as well? I'd like to get some of these on order from somewhere. I guess I could always ask the person I order them from. I have just had bad luck with going that route in the past. Quote
Hollister_Hitman Posted May 19, 2007 Report Posted May 19, 2007 I would say get the 3+2 offset which is the stock sized rim. You would only want the 4+1 offset in the woods or tight trails cause you gonna loose the 2 inches in the front. The 8x8 rears are 3+5 offset which is the only offset they offer. Are you getting the tech3'S or the CF1'S? Quote
locogato11283 Posted May 19, 2007 Report Posted May 19, 2007 you better get the 9 inch rears. theres a lot more tire options for the 9 inch rim... Quote
differentstrokes Posted May 19, 2007 Report Posted May 19, 2007 Definitely get the 9" rears. I would go with 3/2 fronts and 3/5 rears, but your best bet is to talk to the dealer. Chances are they know a little about the wheels if they go out of their way to be a Hiper dealer. Quote

Binow Posted May 23, 2007 Author Report Posted May 23, 2007 (edited) CF1's are the ones I'm looking at. Ordered them today. Went with the 9" rears. Very happy with the price I found at $710 shipped to my door. We'll see how they turn out. Thanks for all your input. Edited May 23, 2007 by Binow Quote

Binow Posted May 23, 2007 Author Report Posted May 23, 2007 nice, make sure you post pics  I for sure will. Getting the orange beadlocks with orange laker plastics. Also will be powder coating things black in the near future so going with the black and orange theme. Quote
