25 pilot 1-1.5 turns out to start and 300 main. do a plug chop right after to fine tune. thats ball park.

I would start at a 320 main, 27.5 pilot. My trail bike has a mild port on it, PT mids, stock carbs, 20cc domes, boyeson reeds, K&N pro flow kit w/ no lid, and 320's seem to be the ticket. I'm at 4-500' above sea level.

340 or 350 mains.

I ran t5s and pod filters or the Toomey 1 into 2 air filter with outerwear...NO Porting, stock head and +4 timing, and was at a 340 main, 27.5 pilot, toomey/dynojet needles on the 4th clip from the blunt end.

1.0 to 1.75 turns out on the air screws.

Your porting may like more or less fuel, but I think 340 to 350 is pretty safe starting point.
