Air box holes

I just finished up my t5 install kit and rode this weekend. the only thing left to do is the 12 1" holes you place on your air box. are those a must have because i like the box being sealed to keep the water out as much as possible out.

 

oh i did remove the snorkle off the one end.

Yeah it lets it breath without restriction, but if you ride water then yes you should keep it on. I run pods and got away from the damn stock air box, waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better.............
