petrol problem

i have a petrol problem, petrol is not flowing through one carb to make the power band kick in does anyone have any idea have to resolve the problem thank.

Pull the valve out of the tank and check to make sure the screans on the tubes isnt pluged up.

 

Then take the carbs appart and clean the jets and passages out with a good carb cleaner.
