ran out of jets

I have a 420 cheetah, dg pipes, 34mm keihin carbs k&n filters timing at +4, I live in grand

rapids michigan, I have a 40 pilot jet in, air screw out 2 turns 165 main needle in the middle and the plugs still say its rich, I have \played with the floats(just made sure they sit level) the thing sounds like it wants to start but just rolls over like two or three times. I must have tried everything but want it wants to run. I have lots of spark, 145psi with 21cc domes, any help would be great.
