bentvalve Posted May 3, 2007 Report Posted May 3, 2007 when do you know when or not to use a set of engine cases? mine have been repaired, they did leak(but i just put silly cone on it and it stoped. i just do not know if i want to put my whole new set up in these cases or not.. none on bearing surfaces really look bad(except on tranny, kinda looks like it might have froze up and spun a little bit. well if you happen to have some cases for a good deal let me know.. don Quote

bentvalve Posted May 3, 2007 Author Report Posted May 3, 2007 well its kinda a funky place to be broke.. it looks to around the area of the kicker. im not worried about the leak, lik ei said i did seal it up with sillycone. im just kinda worried about the bearing surfaces.(tranny) one looks like it spun. i suppose i just do not want that ass load of cash that i just spent to go down in flames..lol.. don Quote
Bansh-eman Posted May 3, 2007 Report Posted May 3, 2007 now when you say itlooks like around the kicker... you talking the clutch cover or where the kicker mounts to the side of the case? id be warry of any crack in the case but thats just me... id look into getting new cases if its in your budget...
