Throttle Problem

Having a problem with throttling full power. Idle's fine but when throttle is applied engine sounds muffled and very limited. Almost sounds like if you forgot to close the choke.

 

What do you guys think. I replaced the spark plug coil and now I'm thinking if it's the cpi.

 

It's an all stock banshee with no mods.

COULD BE LACK OF COMPRESSION OR JETTING.

 

1.check compression with a compression tester ( walmart 20 bucks )

2.jetting ( read plugs / read other topics on jetting )

3.disconect tors ( do search on here on tors )

4. make sure you have the cross over tube connecting the two carb things together ( small 1 inch tube goes inbetween carbs )
