scotts96fast Posted April 18, 2007 Report Posted April 18, 2007 My buddy just ordered pwk 28's from carbparts.He has fatties,reeds,k&n filter with flange and no snorkel.they sent him a N80F needle.Does this seem right?I'm thinking a jjf or something... note....not sure if the third letter is a O or zero hard to read. sandman Posted April 18, 2007 Report Posted April 18, 2007 When I got my 28's they came with a N68A needle which worked well with my Fattys but not worth a damn with my Trinitys. I switched to jjh needle when I got my trinity's & it seems to be much better. I believe the jjh needle is the prefered needle. All you can do is try the one you got but if it doesn't act right (once you jet it) at around 1/4 throttle you may want to switch. Quote

ALso, what are you guys doing for jetting, I made a post a while back, but I turned up a lot of mixed replies. Still not sure where to go with the jetting. Quote

Actually I am ported along with a shaved head .035 & V-force 2 reeds I'm running 175ish on jets. I would say 150-160 with no porting. Quote
