Alright, I have been getting parts to together for awhile now for my dragger. I have cut all the useless stuff off my frame and bought a +4 swingarm,+2+1 a arms,+4 axle. Not to long ago I bought an 00 Banshee for my play bike. Im thinking about putting the +2+1 arms,and axle on the play bike and having the stock stuff powercoated and put on the dragger. Should I do this or just buy some drag arms and axle. Im low on money right now but I could probley scrap up the money for the drag arms and axle. What do you guys think? Thanks

Depends how serious you are on dragging. I couldnt justify spending 500 bucks on a drag axle when I know im not going to be that fast anyway. And I like the width of the +2s, they just look better to me. but its all a preference, if you have the $$ to spend go for it, but if not I wouldnt get too fired about a drag axle.

Yeah, it depends on how heavy you are into drag racing, and how much money you want to spend on the parts...............

It all depends on how far you want to go....but I definitely think you should stick with the stock a arms until you opt out for drag arms. Don't bother putting the +2+1 arms on the drag bike.....

 

Also, what engine are you planning to run, and what kind of surface?

Im buying a 421 cub from Jeff. I plan to drag it at the dunes and on dirt around here. After I made this thread, I starting think about duning and I definatly want to dune this too. So I have to decide real quick if I want to take my play bike apart and swap out the stuff or just run the +2+1s for dragging and duneing
