C'mon, jigsaws, sawzalls, grinders, and hacksaws all work great! And quick. Just leave a 1/8" on there and you can sand it down look good if you really want to.

Ya I got a 1-1/4" scar on my left hand from atempting it. Skill level is...Bloody.... :pirate:

Also try a Dremil I found that it cuts plastic good and with all of the different attachments it makes life easy.

Dremel tool works great. Cutting wheels dont melt it too bad and its real easy.
