that is a cast RS. the degree notches stand up. billet would be engraved. Apart from strength I dont know why anyone would spend that much on billet if its going to be covered up.

That is not a Billit Pro Design Timing Plate. 50 bucks for one would be a steal. We sell them for 76.00 Brand new.
