FireHead Posted March 30, 2007 Report Posted March 30, 2007 Like the title and subtitle says, if you have renter's insurance who do you use and how you like them? Have you ever had to file a claim with it? Due to the company I have my current reter's insurance with in CA being retarded and not letting me tranfer my policy to Oregon, I am now in the market for a new insurance company for renter's insurance. I use State Farm for my turck and Harley, but that might have to change as well due to my move, they just haven't decided about that yet. Any insight or wisdom any of y'all have on this subject would be awesome. Quote

gipperz Posted March 30, 2007 Report Posted March 30, 2007 I use American family for everything I own( motor home, wheelers, car and truck) and have used them for renters insurance. Never had to file a claim. I feel they treat me right. I get a multi vehicle discount. Thats really all I can tell you, they do like my money. Quote

Alright I will have to check it out. One thing I have been amazed by through this moving experience is how much easier it is to move thanks to the internet. If the internet didn't exist and you had to do all the moving stuff by phone, it would take me a month before I could move. Quote
