well i had a drag ported 4mm setup, 35mm carbs, VF2's, rocket pipes, +7 timing, Noss head with 21 cc domes, 170 pounds compression, port matched cases, FAST clutch with NO lockup..

it made 77hp and 43 ft lbs of torque.

your setup is pretty similar except for the carbs. you might even see more than 70 but id say 65 would be your lowest. goin with a bigger carb is prolly a good idea with a 4mm anyway. youll gain with 35's...

Thanks Loco ,, But going with bigger carbs mean losted power in bottom end right??? I still want bottom for the starts in races( TT and Flat Track)

nah you should be fine. one big thing i go for in my hillclimbs is a good hard launch. i ran that 4mm motor with 35mm carbs and never had issues gettin off the line very hard. gearing and tire pressure also play a part in this but youre not gonna lose anything by going to the bigger carb. if anything youll more than likely gain. right now, youre not even seeing the full potential of your 4mm motor with those small carbs. also, you might wanna look into a lockup to make sure youre getting the power to the ground.

the other thing you may benefit from in your flat track races is a duneable overide. makes it so you dont have to clutch to shift. this would be good on your starts. while your competition is backing off the throttle to shift, youll be bangin gears at wide open throttle...
