lee haallenbeck Posted April 3, 2007 Report Share Posted April 3, 2007 i have tryed cutting the plastics a couple of times on my older bikes and i wana try this again on my blue plastics on current ride , im horrible at it i want it to look good . do you use a jig saw ? i tryed a hot kife it just cut till it cooled off and then i couldnt get it out i tryed the drimel and it cut everywhere this is my last set lol so whats the secret i know i can do this ,,,,,,,, its the jig saw ???? i use a dremmel tool with a roto zip bit in it then i use my plastic welder to smooth the edge works great Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
