Ok I've got an 89 shee, with stock bore and stroke, it has T6s, a coolhead with 20cc domes, 280 main jets, the carbs are setup the way toomey says to, it has K&N pods, and Vforce 3 reeds. The problem is when you are cruising along in 2nd or 3rd just below the powerband the right cylinder starts to enter the powerband before the left. I had this problem once before on my 99 and the carb slides were not adjusted the same. I've already checked that on this one. It also appears that the left pipe has more blueing than the right. Is it running leaner? If so how do you fix that? But maybe it is something else I'm not sure, hence the reason I'm on here. Let me know what ya think.

I would just double check the carb settings, jets. pilots and everything. Also make sure you are getting fuel to both. Mine was only running on one cyllinder and it was the damn fuel. I wasnt getting gas to one carb. Just double check everything, im sure you will find a small error somewhere, I did.

Sorry to get off the subject of your quad, and this may seem like a dumb question, but how do you adjust the slides in the carbs? Mine is doing the same thing one side isnt running the same as the other and I noticed @ idle one of the slides is sitting lower than the other.
