But it is'nt supposed to be too cold and I love sitting around a campfire drinking beer.......LOTS OF BEER. So if ya get bored at the hotel, yall can come hang around the fire and have a couple!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Quote

Roger....my fat, out of shape ass has every intention of sitting in a hot tub with a bud light every night. However, You can count on us visiting you...and you're welcome to come back to the hotel with us to soak in the tub... I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, boys... Thanks to Bob for coming over and helping with my 400EX while I worked on my shee...one more thing that hopefully won't be delaying the trip!!! Foot pegs (bolt hole stripped, go figure), chain tensioner, carbs, fuel tank, radiator and plastics...and it's ready to fire up. Oh, gotta mount the pipes too... Quote

Dan Right near the exit is where everyone drags at if its not flooded or rough as hell. If thats the case there is a spot near the beach in between two hills people drag at. Quote

Everytime the weather is "Supposed" to be shitty out there, it's ended up being great riding weather. Bob and I may leave early tomorrow AM instead of tonight. I have to put the carbs on, tank and radiator shroud, left footpeg and chain tensioner (stripped bolt, of course...) and the left pipe on. then it's fill it up and crank it up!! Gonna be another late night...might not leave till early in the AM. Thanks for the help...JT... You don't happen to have a Honda EX rear hub and sprocket nut layin around...do ya?? Can't find the one for my 400EX...just my luck!!! Quote

Can't find the one for my 400EX...just my luck!!! hey Dave.... after the weather report i talked to jim today and i think well be stayin at the waterfront. just dont like the idea of wakin up in a mud puddle jims bringing one other guy so it should be like $45 a piece for both nights. i also called the waterfront today too.....they said they still have plenty of rooms avail. near your room so if anyone else is planing to stay there and dont have a res. dont worry it'll be all good. im getting anxious now.... gotta go over the shee tomorrow before work and make sure everything is tight. pick the sand stars up from my buddy and im ready to go cant wait to get there and see how shee does in the sand.... :thumbsup: Dan Quote
