new jetting for port and bore

I'd start out w/ a 350 and do a plug test.

 

He's still got an air box with no lid and porting. I'd say 320 to start...

If he had K&N Pods with NO airbox, 350 is a good starting point with porting...

 

Actually...I would ask whoever ported your cylinders what jetting to start at...they should know how/where their porting likes fuel.

The single K&N has no restriction at all....I dynoed a shee w/ a single K&N and w/o the complete air box and seen absolutely no difference...Put the cover on the air box though and lost 4hp....He had 320 mains before the porting job, so he will have to be larger than that.
