DUNE-A-TIC
Ok guys not defending the smart remarks the seller is making whatsoever but there was life before all the badass cylinders available now. It is pretty easy to come to this displacement as mentioned and not crazy at all.Bansheechick was kicking it for quite awhile with a 417 and making over 100hp.If it is odd to you dig deep there is prolly reason for it, ordering custom pistons, rods, valves, retainers, bla bla bla is not unheard of and alot of the time has to be done in bulk. I know we are not the only ones doing it and has nothing to do with this seller but does have to do with the thread. Dune
Lethaface
This engine calculator is pretty handy..Maybe someone should send it to him.. It may be out of date as it doesn't have the porcelin piston option but i still like it :yelrotflmao: Stock stroke on the shee's is 54mm for any of you that are not sure and feel like messing with it.. http://www.cbperformance.com/enginecalc.html This is also a gearing calculator from over at PB.. This is pretty nifty as well, just have to bump the the RPM's up a bit.. http://web.archive.org/web/20041014052439/...q.com/ratio.htm Edited March 7, 2007 by Lethaface
