kaotik1 Posted March 2, 2007 Report Posted March 2, 2007 I bought a steering stem off some clown who re-boxed it, for the wrong machine. Long story short, it does not fit the application implied. I called houser racing to double check the sizing and application, to find out it was wrong. So, they(houser) tell me to box it up and ship it back to them using the provided RA# to the attention of who I was talking to, and at no charge, other than what it cost me to ship to them, they will replace it with the correct part!!!!!! Outstanding, I would suggest anyone doing aftermarkets to go there. Quote
