What exactly is the mod quad system? does it remove the lid or airbox itself? San Antonio is pretty flat and warm...so, we need to know exactly what kind of airbox mod it is... Quote
00shee Posted February 20, 2007 Author Report Posted February 20, 2007 it comes with the adapter plate so im guessing that it still sets in the stock airbox. (i might be wrong) i want to keep the airbox cause i dont do alot of heavy riding, i just want to get rid of that stock filter. im open on any other suggestions on a differet filter system. Quote
bigboybanshee Posted February 20, 2007 Report Posted February 20, 2007 Start with a 27.5 pilot, 280 mains Quote
ClimbAnyHill Posted February 20, 2007 Report Posted February 20, 2007 Start with a 27.5 pilot, 280 mains That's the exact setup I had when running K&N Filter, no lid & vents on the box. Quote
Banchetta Posted February 22, 2007 Report Posted February 22, 2007 330 mains, 25 pilot, needle 5th clip, remove the air box lid, or modify it by cutting the last 1.5" off the end of the lid so you still have all 4 clips. Quote
