phx450 Posted February 15, 2007 Report Posted February 15, 2007 Put everything back together, light works, starts and runs, but the switch to cut the bike off doesnt. Does this mean to keep running the bike or what! In all reality I dont see what i missed in wiring, but anyone ever see this? Quote

nm351 Posted February 15, 2007 Report Posted February 15, 2007 Check the wiring make sure it is all tight, but if that don't work, check the switch on the handle bars. After I put my '89 back together with new bars the contacts in the switch assembly had come out of their holder and wasn't making contact. Quote
