theshee Posted February 14, 2007 Report Posted February 14, 2007 I would bet you would have to rejet. Its going to run way different so I would bet its going to use fuel differently. Quote
bigboybanshee Posted February 15, 2007 Report Posted February 15, 2007 Yes, you will need to re-jet. If you're running stock carbs I would start at 280 on the main, and a 27.5 pilot. This also will vary depending on your elevation. Quote
dajogejr Posted February 15, 2007 Report Posted February 15, 2007 More than likely...but, with an airbox and K&N you could probably use a stock pilot or 27.5 (one up from the 25 stock pilot).. Quote

dajogejr Posted March 6, 2007 Report Posted March 6, 2007 Did you at least attempt to break it in? Or did you just hold it wide open from the get go? Any heat cycling on this motor? Forget about looking at the tip of the insulator....do the proper plug chop to dial the mains in. http://www.dfn.com/benkaren/plugchop.html Quote
