motocrossrider68 Posted February 14, 2007 Report Posted February 14, 2007 i am currently having a problem with my banshee when i drive it first and second gear seem to pop out for a second and goes to neutral then pops back into gear. i have pulled the motor and taken the clutch cover off there seems to be lots of play in the clutch basket between the basket and the gear. could this be the problem or is it more internally with the shift forks and drums. any help is greatly aprreciated thanks Quote
jlsparky7 Posted February 14, 2007 Report Posted February 14, 2007 I know the yamaha R6 street bike uses the same clutch as the banshee. Judging by how the banshee and R6 transmissions look to me I think they are the same as well. I think this is your problem. http://www.r6messagenet.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1512 Quote
