pokeatyou2
i just order a new set of ohlins front shocks for my banshee piggy back with preload adjustment compression and rebound adjust and was wondering if the overall width of these will be about the same as stock because my a arms are plus 2 up 1 and the standard shocks are fairly close to the back of the top arm about 20mm away im guessing the should be about the same width because on stock arms the shocks are fairly close to the arms anyways i cant wait to geet the tock shocks are so soft on plus 2 arms it bottoms on small jumps
Mullet Man
i dont know for sure but i am going to say that they are probably a little bit wider diameter then stock. but if you have 20mm of clearance now, you will be fine since that is over 3/4". they wont be that much wider then stock. for it to be close, since mounting position will be the same, the shock would have to be over 3/4" wider on each side (+1-1/2" overall diameter) and that would be one FATASS shock lol i have about a 1/4" clearance on my setup and have no issues nor am i worried about it.
