yfzdunejumper Posted January 31, 2007 Report Posted January 31, 2007 (edited) In the past I would glass blast my stuff then start with 400 grit sand papers, then 600, them 1200, then hit it on the polishing wheel, and then hit it with a little mothers for protection. But that is a lot of work now I have a guy that will polish for $15 and hour. He did all of these parts for $120. It is worth every penny.
