lol come on man, dont make me feel bad bout the price i bought the shee for, but anyways elevation here in moses lake is 1060 feet, there are some small sand dunes here that are less than 5 minutes from my house, i'll be doing 90 percent of my riding there, but i also plan on making some trips down to the oregon coast and i plan on going to st. anthonys in idaho, i weigh 170 lbs .......................... and i was thinkin i got a decent deal on the shee, so pls let me keep thinkin that lol thanks man

Get a nice set of pipes.I would get a set of CPIs and a nice Dune port. Also look into some V-Force 3 and K&N Pod filters with outerwear. Also a 35$ timing plate and I would set it at +4.Get your stock head Shaved unless your wanting to run higher octane gas dont get a Coolhead or nosshead or w/e.Again thats what I would do and I think Its pointless to get a head and stay with pump gas.

lol yea like i said 4grand? man thats an ez 10 grand :)

ok but for real... so duner 170 0-1500 elevation...

if you dont really plan on draggin much id say dont worry with the cpi's.... but if you plan on doing that about half the time the cpi would be a good investment... the one major thing i hate about them is the design of them you cant get to your carbs for shit to change jets...but over all they perform well

the guy above pretty much hit the rest of the mods. theres plenty more but it would be geared more for drag then duning

alright so i plan on getting an adjustable timing plate and advance 4, getting the v force 3 reeds, keeping the toomey tr 6 pipes for now , i'm going to get my stock head milled , i want to be able to run pump gas still, so how much do you recommend taking off?? i'm going to have to wait till next winter to get my port job, i plan on going through jeff @ FAST for the porting and i know he's pretty slammed right now, so would i feel much of a difference without the port job and just having these mods for now?? thanks guys. oh yeah i know it doesnt make a diff in power but the crank is welded and tors is removed.

you will feel some differance ... it wont be a monster but you shoud feel better throttle response and a little more bottom end....

what elevation you at? id say take 20 off the head... depending on your elevation you might take 30 and still be good for pump gas...

elevation here is 1000ft, if there isnt much of a diff with just these mods, maybe i should just wait till i can get the porting done???

well neither of those are really power adders... the reeds will make you have better throttle respones and the timing will give you some better bottom end... id say get them now if you got th extra flow.. might as will if you plan on getting them either way...but when you get it ported ... thats when you will really notice it

You will notice a difference with these mods without a doubt. Truly, your biggest limitation will be staying within the pump gas range. If you don't mind running race gas (which it sounds like you've already decided against) you can make a much more noticeable change by jacking the compression up considerably higher. But, you should like those changes even when staying within pump gas.

oh hey im a tard i forgot all about your head getting milled... youll gain a little power off it but nothing amazing... your really going to see the differanc once you port like said before...
