olmick Posted December 28, 2006 Report Posted December 28, 2006 im rebuilding my banshee and need a lil info, right now the jetting is temps: 50-70 elevation 800+ft mains 320 air screw 2 turns out stock pilot mods are pc pipes, milled head, +4 timing, and pods but heres the new setup mild woods port, air box with uni filter (no lid) either .20 or .40 over(will check tomorrow) and the other mods so does anyone have a guess on what i should start out with a plug chop with? If the 320 jets are right already, then boring 0.020 or 0.040 inch over will not require a jet increase. If your air box lid was on but now it's removed, the metering needle clip needs to be moved down one or two notches to avoid hesitation. Quote
