scooter Posted December 13, 2006 Report Posted December 13, 2006 anybody know where to get chrome ones? the long ones that go from the fender to the frame. i know most will say just cut the fenders but i think chrome ones will look sick quad is black and im trying to keep it black and chrome if possible got rid of most of the gray. thanks for any help Quote
ClimbAnyHill Posted December 13, 2006 Report Posted December 13, 2006 Why would you want bling on those brackets? They're not supposed to be visible to the eye & looks much cleaner if the were painted black. I know this doesn't answer your question but it is a forum & don't seem to like your idea. How about some pics to see watcha working with? Maybe I'm wrong.... Quote

RNBRAD Posted December 13, 2006 Report Posted December 13, 2006 Just send them off to somewhere. Mine were chrome till I cut the fenders and they looked good. Quote
ClimbAnyHill Posted December 13, 2006 Report Posted December 13, 2006 I dug this up & it does look good if going all chrome. These look like chrome stock so you prob have to hit the local chrome shop. Quote
scooter Posted December 14, 2006 Author Report Posted December 14, 2006 rnbrad you got those old ones laying around? want to sell them? we have no chrome shops around so thats not a option Quote

Your best bet is to contact a chrome plater in like Salt Lake or Las Vegas. Ship them the parts to be plated and have them shipped back to you when done. Quote
