Check the obvious first. Choke on/off Crossover tube. whatever. Mess with the idel screw turn it all the way in then turn in out by half turn incriments. If thats not it check your carbs. Is there fuel running out while it sits or when your starting it? Your float jets might be off check that and make sure your needle jet is working properly. Make sure your slides are in synch. Then check your reeds make sure they are in rite they could be stuck. Let us know.

The choke tube connects your two carbs. The idel screws are on the TORS Hoiusing. Mess with the air fuel screw fuel too. Just make sure your not running rich or lean. Your slides or floats are probably messed up.
