bluev8s10blazer Posted November 27, 2006 Report Posted November 27, 2006 i just got back from the dunes where i rode my 05 banshee for the first time with the new cool head. my problem is that we did alot of drag racing and i keep on losing and i know its not me because we switched bikes and my bike still loses. i have an 05 banshee with a coolhead 20cc domes, cpi pipes, v-force 3 reeds. the bike i kept on losing to was a 96 original motor, toomey pipes and v-force reeds. his seems to rev out alot faster. im pretty sure jetting is my problem. could someone tell me where you think i should start out jetting wise and how i would be able to tell if the jetting is close. i am new to the 2-stroke world so as much help as possible would be great Quote
okbeast Posted November 27, 2006 Report Posted November 27, 2006 What's your elevation, riding temps, and air filter setup? Quote
bluev8s10blazer Posted November 27, 2006 Author Report Posted November 27, 2006 i only ride at the dunes so sea level is my only elevation. typical riding temperatures are around 65-75 and im running a single K&N filter Quote
