bansheefourseven Posted November 25, 2006 Report Posted November 25, 2006 Ive been looking on ebay for a pro design high flow impeller and they cost $60-$80 and dont come with a gear? Whats the deal ? Isnt the little plastic gear inside the case what goes bad so often? Why wouldnt they sell a kit with the impeller shaft and gear along with a case gasket and waterpump housing gasket? Quote
Bansh-eman Posted November 25, 2006 Report Posted November 25, 2006 the gear dosent normally go bad.. it can but its the impeller itself that melts when the motor gets too hot... you get just the billet impller and replace the old one with the stock gear and pin... Quote
