New to the forum, Need jetting help.

Hey guys, Im a new owner of a 2006 Special Edition. I am adding a Pro design foam filter and

will be leaving the air box lid off. What should my jetting be at? I live in Florida at sea leval. this is my only mod as now. Thanks alot for the help. Love the site :beer:

240-260 mains?? my buddy has an 05 with t5's and same air filter i have and hes at 260. I will be getting my t5's in a few weeks, but till then i want to put my pro design filter on and leave the box lid off. what main do i need?? and do I only need to change the main jet? Thanks :beer:

210 to 230 main, keeping the stock pipes.

 

Needle should be fine, you may have to turn your air screws .25 to .75 turns in.

 

Does the pro flow kit come with the sleeve/housing to bolt the air filter cage to the front of the air box? If so, you're set. If not...the stock lid has a groove in front to secure/seal the filter/cage to the air box.

 

With an after market filter, no lid and T5 pipes, start at 280 mains and work your way down.
