crack in my t5 silencer

i have a crack where the rear mount is and it leaks a little. my question is if i jb weld the crack from the inside of the silencer would that cause any problems?

Someone might know better but I wouldn't do anything inside where it will mess with the flow. Take it to a machine shop and have them weld it. It will mess the chrome up a little but will be better than jb weld. If it is on the mid pipe toomey will sell a new one for 25.99. Give them a call

I welded my T6 stinger, at the junction with the pipe, couples of day ago. You are better of TIG weld it from the outside because you will have less welding on the inside. You will have some kind of deformation from the penetration of the welding but i dont think is going to be enough the really affect the flow. Find your self a good welder, not everybody is a good TIG welder, a lot of them are wannabes.
