Leaking pipes

Im running DG pipes on my shee but it leaks alot at the exhaust port tried putting some red silicone on but comes loose after a while. What do you guys suggest I do?

Check the o-rings that seal the chambers to the exhaust port. Sometimes they just go bad.

Yea maybe you forgot to put the Orings.That happend to me because I never knew I had to take them of the stock pipes.It would spit out oil at my rear fender and burn my ankle.

Same thing is happening to me too.. I'll have to check that o-ring..

If you do a topend rebuild the O rigns come in the gasket set.

I run my T6 for many months without that o-ring, because i didnt know about it, and my pipes are not leaking. So is it a big deal to keep riding without it ?? or nothing wrong could happen??

If your pipes don't leak then I wouldn't worry about but if they do you should fix it because it's robing horsepower. The O-rings that come with the top end kit are one of the best O-rings I've found and red silcone is the way to go. I know it only lasts a few trips but it's the best thing I know of.

Robing hp !! i take my pipes off tomorow on i put the stock o-ring right in. Thank man and nice Shee by the way.
