98stroker Posted November 16, 2006 Report Posted November 16, 2006 i was wondering if my mods sound good for my type of riding i do i am at 1300 ft elevation and do trail riding and hillclimbs and some jumping and a little drag racing also but i am on a current rebuild and wanted to know if what i am looking at is a good choice i want to get t 5s i have 34 mm d slide carbs and v 3s noss head want to go with 19 cc domes and wondering what intake is the one i should get and an adjustable timing plate set at 4 could you guys tell me how this sounds what type of gains should i get i have had pipes and the bigger carbs but never rode it yet with the v 3s or the coolhead or the timing plate would t 5s be the pipe to go with thanks everyone Quote
Bansh-eman Posted November 16, 2006 Report Posted November 16, 2006 if your running a stock bore and stock stroke save your money on the carbs... theres no need... youll end up losing your bottom end that you need in the trails... dont forget to get your self a nice port job....thats what really wakes the monster inside up!
