dogboystoy Posted November 9, 2006 Report Posted November 9, 2006 Well, by the sounds of what the guy said you could do it on plastics and if thats the case you should be able to do it on AL. But an abrasive process would lead me to believe you would destroy the AL. I wouldnt think that doing that process on a sprocket would not be cost effective, because I would rather throw a sprocket than a tranny any day. And lets just say you do your sprockets, tranny and chain, whats next to blow? I do like the process and think it could be the next greatest thing. But why isnt anodizing just as good? Other than the thickness increasing a cunt hair? Quote
