Badley Posted October 29, 2006 Report Posted October 29, 2006 I have been rebuilding my first banshee and got to the steering stem and where the tie rods mount one side is bent down.Is it supposed to be that way or is it supposed to be straight.Thanks. Quote
kubiac3 Posted October 29, 2006 Report Posted October 29, 2006 Pretty positive its suppose to be strait. You could just heat it up and try bending it up and put a strait edge on it to check and see if its pretty strait. Unless of course your picky about handling. Quote

Badley Posted October 29, 2006 Author Report Posted October 29, 2006 straight for sure Thanks guys. I got it straight.Took it to to my old straightening tree and with a large cresent wrench and a peice of pipe got it pretty straight. A little creative coaxing. Quote
