AustinONeal Posted October 23, 2006 Report Posted October 23, 2006 I was at little sahara this past weekend and i raced a guy that has pretty much the same mods as i did all stock with a butt load of bolt on's and ported , 165 lbs per cylinder and he said he was has been runing 87 octain gas forever and never anyproblems, and i have been running 111 forever and my question is what shouldi be running. Any engine runs better in cooler temps...cooler engine, better running. And..or... You might be a little rich, with a little cooler temps, it leans your jetting ...so, one or both. Quote
