Guest
I got some pretty sweety shocks that came on a couple of used bikes that I have bought, and I have been wondering about nitrogen pressure loss over time. I have both the means check the pressure and to pressure the rezzies back up to correct pressure if I only knew what to set the regulator at. Any suggestions Works triple rate fronts TCS dual rate fronts TCS dual rate rear All with remote rezzies. Everytime I try to get an answer from one of the companies, they ignore me. I think they are just trying to not "customer service" themselves out of a $150 servicing on each.
pipebomb
Don't know about the TCS's. I even checked a couple of places for specs, but no dice. But the Works are between 175 and 250 psi. http://199.238.154.44/pdf/instructions/gen...nstructions.pdf bottom of page
dawarriorman
It shouldn't lose any pressure over time. If it does, you have a leak, and need to tear the shock down. That being said, you also can't just check the pressure. The volume of gas is really small, and just checking the pressure would change that a bunch. Call up TCS and ask them though, they should give you a straight up answer. The numbers that pop into my head are 150 psi fronts, and 200 psi rear. Although I can't remember whose shocks thats for.
