Now I can't get the ball joints & tie rod ends out of the spindle.I tried a mallet ....no luck. Should I go with a real hammer ( 2lb sledge lol )? They are not threaded through spindles are they? Nuts and cotters are removed of course with penetrating oil! Quote
suzuki0702 Posted September 23, 2006 Report Posted September 23, 2006 heres the easiest and most efficent way of getting them off without fucking up the threads...hold either the tierod or the a-arm in one hand and then u have to hit the hub where it connects ....so like right in front of the hole where the joints are at....pm me if u cant figure it out! later Quote
