vdubn Posted August 31, 2006 Report Posted August 31, 2006 In Oregon, where we currently live, the DMV doesn't track titles for ATv's, so the majority of ATV's here don't have them. We are thinking of moving to Illinois or Wisconsin, and wondering what the laws are out there? If titles are required, then we would need to sell a couple of our ATV's. Thanks for any help, Dean Quote

csrmel Posted August 31, 2006 Report Posted August 31, 2006 do you have an mso for each quad? those can be traded in for titles. Quote
IROOST1 Posted September 1, 2006 Report Posted September 1, 2006 Im from illinois, you dont have to have a title. I buy tons of crap with just reciepts and bills of sales. But if you pay to get a title, you should have no problem turning a bill of sale or dealer receipt. Its like 80 bucks including tax which you will have to pay. But there is no need for a title, its a waste of money anyways. i have 6 various ohv's with no titles right now. Quote
