Removing the swinger and replacing the

Tomorrow we're working on brothers shee to replace the old chain roller thats all gone to shit. its almost down to the metal ring? any tips on what works best or what you removed first?

like leave the tires on/off?

they make chain rollers that you dont have to take the hole thing apart to install them..... the way i would do it would be to remove the chain , undo swingarm bolt and rear break line, and then continue to replace chain thing as needed.

Get a chain slider to replace it with. UPP makes one I know. The one I got is TM designworks. Big beefy, and supposedly lasts forever.

to install an aftermarket roller you need to remove the old one including the metal ring thats in it, i'll take a picture and post it tomorrow.
