I got a banshee bored out to a 404. It seems to not be running incorrectly..Its hard to start, seems to be overheating because I blew the water pump Impeller, the bearing and the seal. It also bogs during take off/acceleration in second gear. It does not have the right needles in the carb but it was originally tunned precise to run good. Is there any suggestions on what size needle to put in or what you think I should do before i bring it to the stealership???????

Thanks for all your help..

I would like to help but more info is needed.Like pipes, elevation, porting and type carb your running.I doubt your jetting had alot to do with overheating if it did you would be replacing pistons and other related sizeures not the water pump and bearing and seal they were proably your overheating problem from the start.

What cylinders are you running to get to 404? Are they stockers resleeved?

A .100 over kit is only 382 cc on stock cylinders.

I agree w/ RILS.

List the mods, including carb type. List your temps and current riding elevation.

You're "spinning your wheels" until we have that info...
