nicktoney Posted July 31, 2006 Report Posted July 31, 2006 so what would happen if you left the stock jetting in the carb and just bolted on some pipes? would it run lean? or would it just not be making the power that it could with extreme jetting? would it hurt anything if you left the stock jets mains, pilots, and didnt move the needle? dont worry, im getting my jets wednsday but i was wondering if it would hurt anything to run stock with pipes? Bansh88 Posted August 1, 2006 Report Posted August 1, 2006 (edited) I don't know about that. When I first put on pipes on my first Banshee. I started it up a few times with stock jetting. It ran better than ever. It was actually the first tim eit ever started first kick! Some dumbshit I knew "did my jets" on my way out to Glamis. Thing ran all fucked up. Couldn't make it up any hills.
