I bought a tusk clutch a couple months ago and went to put it in today. When I disasembled the clutch I found that there weren't any of the o-rings between the friction plates and the clutch plates. So I put to tusk in there without any and couldn't get it together right. Is there supposed to always be o-rings (I know they aren't exactly o-rings...) or is it a stock only thing?

Did your old clutch have the tabs on the metal disks? Like the ones you have to stagger on the Tusk' or stock ones. Don't know if that would have any reason not to have any o-rings (lack of a better term) on it...
