bansheefourseven Posted July 17, 2006 Report Posted July 17, 2006 1. Is there anyway to check to make sure your water pump is working?? Like with the radiator cap off when cold and let her run to see if its flowing as it should be? 2. I was running the shee around the yard for about 10-15 minutes and she started spitting out the overflow tube not much just a little spit up. I was only hitting my jump a few times and not much getting out of 2nd or 3rd gear. Its like 96 degrees here today and I know these are tempermental with overheating, what do you think? I sat and idled for a minute while I shaped the jump would this have caused it? I felt the hose coming off the water pump and it was hot but I couldnt tell if it was flowing! Quote
racer Posted July 17, 2006 Report Posted July 17, 2006 ya, start when the bike is cold, and then take off the rad cap. you can usually tell if its flowing. use your head, dont do this after a few hot laps, and a few cold ones. Quote
